Britney Spears And Jordin Sparks

We certainly think if we are on vacation with top artists, or a popular artist extra star. Which would you rather do: laze on a sun-soaked beach, or share a stage with the Princes of Pop?

For Jordin Sparks, it was a no-brainer.

When the American Idol star was coming to the end of an exhausting tour with the Jonas Brothers and putting in countless hours on her new video at the same time, she was beginning to fantasize about taking a break from the road.

But then came that once-in-lifetime call from Britney Spear's camp.

"They said: 'Britney Spears needs an opener and we want to know if you want to do it, today.'

"And, I was like 'I don't get time to think?' At the time a was planning a vacation after the tour."

"But, who thinks about that kind of thing?

"It was a lot of fun and watching her on stage was great-being able to see her up on that stage again with evertything
going on around her, like her costumes changes and she was dancing and she was doing her thing and it was really cool out there.

"Because, I mean, she has been a part of my life since I was 9 years old. She's been the epitome of celebrity since I was liuttle, so to see her up threre doing what she loves was really, really cool."

We hope you get that vacation in the end, Jordin!

At least she's going to get a short break from her hectic schedule on November 7th, when she host an online sleepover on Beinggirl.com.

Girls can sign up now on the site and on the night they can hold their own sleepovers at home, then join Jordin online where she'll perform some music, share hair and makeup tips and play games.

For every girl that signs up to be a part of the event, Beinggirl.com and Always will donate $1 to Protecting Futures, a program dedicated to helping girls in developing regions stay in school.
