Kristen Stewart has been aggressive and more than her normal bitchy to the press for an entire week now but today she is having to suck it up, eat crow and apologize for being an whiny teenager.

I almost feel bad for her today as this story breaks. She's just a kid that just hasn't grown into the grace she is going to need to handle the press and career. So these stupid things are going to slip out of her mouth from time to time.

In an interview with Elle magazine Kristen compared the paparazzi taking photos of her to images of a woman being raped. While most of us just read it and thought, 'what a stupid thing to say', it caused outrage with rape victims' advocacy organizations.

And here's the back-handed teenage apology:

"I really made an enormous mistake-clearly and obviously. And I'm really sorry about my choice of words. I've made stupid remarks before, and I've always reasoned: 'Whatever. They can think what they want,' " she says.

Clearly, she should have said "violated" but when you add in the teenage drama and hormones to the mix it came out "rape". You gotta love how she quickly added "They can think what they want". READ: My people are making me apologize but I think it's all bullshit."

Mischa Barton Goes Bangy at Oscar Generale

Making the most of a sunny SoCal afternoon, Mischa Barton was spotted at the Oscar Generale Showroom in Beverly Hills yesterday (November 24).

The "Oh in Ohio" actress looked a bit spaced out as she strolled past nearby paparazzi, sporting a snazzy stylish ensemble with a bangy coif.

And it sounds like fans of "The Beautiful Life" will get to see the remaining episodes that weren't aired after the CW cut the show earlier this season.

According to a report, Mischa & Co. Will be back this summer with the unseen episodes, though the show isn't going back into production as of now.

Seacrest Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Ryan Seacrest, has won a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking him with a knife.

The TV and radio host's lawyers headed to court just hours after Chidi Uzomah was arrested wielding a knife outside Seacrest's Los Angeles offices on Friday.

It's the third time Uzomah has attempted to make contact with the star.

Last month he was convicted of three misdemeanours after fighting with Seacrest's bodyguard at a California hospital. He was also seen looking for Seacrest at a Burbanj radio station the same month.

According to TMZ.com, Seacrest's lawyer Blair Berk made the swift decision so Uzomah could be served the order whild he's still being interrogated by cops on felony stalking charges.

Under the terms of the temporary restraining order he must stay 100 yards away from Searcrest, his home, job and vehicle.

The order is the second granted by La authorities in just hours, after Nicole Richie sought similiar measures to protect her from two paparazzi photngraphers accused of crashing their car into her earlier this month.
