Jessica Simpson's Shoes Were Made For Buyin'!

Jessica Simpson has a line of clothes, makeup and beauty products-but her shoes are what really stamped her name on the design world.

Jessica's shoes and boots have helped make her a fashion succes, both personally and professionally. Her designs are sought after by fans and her celebrity peers. Lindsay Lohan, for example, was recently seen dropping $500 on four pairs of Jessica Simpson brand shoes in Nordstrom in Salt Lake City.

It's likely that Jessica's own obession with shoes helped her become successful in that arena. (Along with Jennifer Lopez, she's one of a few entertainers to be credited with success in the fashion industry.)

You can do and stand sky-high in her self-designed platforms, emulating Jessica's red carpet looks. Or you can go for the brightly colored cowboy boots, a la her rendition of Daisy Duke.

Well, sort of. They're sort of self-inspired. It turns out her much-coveted red cowboy boots (which come in other colors), known as the "Daisy," ard really replicas of the vintage Miss Capezio cowboy boots she wore in the music video for "These Boots Were Made for Walking." So, what she's really doing is making mass-produced versions of her own costumes so her fans can get her look for less.
